What is Point Pickup and how can I become a driver?
Point Pickup is a technology platform to connect delivery partners to retail partners in an across the country.

Do I need my own vehicle?
Yes, you will need to have a vehicle to do deliveries.
What is required to become a Point Pickup delivery partner?
- Valid driver’s license
- Be 18 years of age
- Bank account
- Social security number
- Vehicle year 2000 or newer

How much do I make for doing a delivery?
Point Pickup drivers will be able to accept orders in their area on the Point Pickup Driver App. Orders will have a base price and any additional mileage fees per order.
Can I receive tips?
Yes, based on how each retailer sets up tipping, drivers may electronically receive tip payments pre-delivery (tip is viewable to driver when order becomes available), or post-delivery (the tip will be listed in the driver’s Payment Account in the app). All tips for completed deliveries will be paid out according to the regular payment schedule. Our drivers may also receive cash tips directly from customers.
Drivers will always receive 100% of the tip amount from Point Pickup.
In order to maximize tipping opportunities, we encourage you to make a good impression on all delivery customers. While we don’t allow for in-home delivery, we suggest that you always be courteous, helpful and professional when interacting with customers and that you maintain a clean, smoke-free car and personal appearance.

How do you keep my personal and banking information safe and secure?
Privacy and security are our top priorities. All banking data is stored with our payment processing company, which is PCI – (payment card industry) compliant for handling financial data, all other information is stored on Amazon Web Services encrypted servers. Bottom line, point pickup has built an industrial-strength system to protect our Drivers’ – and our company’s – financial security and privacy.
